Terms of Service

Draft

These terms govern your use of Bubbl. By texting Bubbl you agree to them. Bubbl is beta software; please read these terms carefully.

What Bubbl is

Bubbl keeps a Solana wallet for your phone number and, when you confirm by replying YES, launches coins from it on Meteora, collects what your coins earn, and withdraws SOL or tokens to Solana addresses you choose. Bubbl does not buy or sell coins for you. Bubbl is not a bank, and balances are not deposits and are not insured.

Your account

Your phone number is your login. Anyone who controls your number or your Messages can use your account, so keep your phone locked and tell your carrier to protect your number. You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use digital assets where you live.

Fees

Launching costs nothing from Bubbl; you pay Solana’s account rent and anything you choose to buy at launch. Every coin launched on Bubbl has a 2% fee on every trade, on its bonding curve and after it graduates: 0.3% to its creator, 0.3% buys back and burns $BUBBL, 1% to Bubbl and 0.4% to Meteora. $BUBBL has a 3% fee: 0.6% buyback and burn, 1.8% to Bubbl and 0.6% to Meteora. In each coin’s first minute the fee starts higher and falls to these rates. These fees are set in each coin’s pool on Meteora when it is created. This page and our website list every fee.

$BUBBL

$BUBBL is Bubbl’s own token. It is not an investment, gives no rights to profits, dividends or governance, and its price can go to zero. Trading $BUBBL happens on third-party markets (Meteora) and is at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Bubbl for anything illegal, including fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering or deceiving buyers, and don’t attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

Liability

Bubbl is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by blockchain network issues, third-party services, the market for any coin, lost access to your phone number, or launches and withdrawals you confirmed.
